Meet Our Staff

Adam Ford- President
Originally from Arizona, Adam moved to Florida in 1995 and formally founded ACF Consulting in 2001. With over 21 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge and expertise in systems administration, programming, and application development. He has been recognized by industry leaders Microsoft and Cisco as a Certified Systems Engineer, Database Administrator, and Networking Associate.
Adam's entrepreneurial spirit began in high school where he provided fellow students with word processing services. Little did he know that he was already laying the groundwork for what would later become ACF. Adam provides the foundation for the growth and development of ACF through his management skills, strong attention to detail, and a consistent focus on customer service.
Adam has always enjoyed being outdoors, is an avid fisherman and hunter, and enjoys playing golf. Adam spends much of his free time with his wife and is looking forward to the birth of their first child.

Chris Dufala- Vice President
Chris Dufala leads the technology division and collaborates with other ACF team members on the corporate direction and growth of ACF. Chris has spent his entire career focused on enabling companies to leverage a variety of technologies to achieve their own growth and prosperity. He is a lifetime entrepreneur with previous ownership in successful business ventures.
Chris joined forces with ACF via the merger of his company, Efficiency Experts, with ACF in January 2009 although the two companies had worked closely together since 2001. This merger has generated considerable growth and potential.
Chris is a Rotarian and enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering for many area charities. Chris enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Chris Schmelter- Art Director
Chris is originally from New York where he received his BA from the University of Albany and attended the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. He moved to the Tampa area with his family in June of 2005 and joined ACF shortly thereafter. He has over 12 years of experience in design and currently leads the Art and Marketing department on all projects from print graphics, to corporate identity and website design.
Chris is currently a board member of AG Bell Florida which works to help deaf children and their families. He also enjoys coaching youth baseball, playing golf, and spending time with his wife, son, and daughter.

Barbara DiLisio- Graphic Designer
Barbara is originally from South Jersey and moved to Florida in 2001. She joined ACF in 2008 as a graphic designer/web developer and is also responsible for writing the ACF blog. She has a Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Interactive Media from The Art Institute of Tampa. In her spare time she likes watching live bands, photography, writing, and spending time with her family and dog.

Drew Hackworth- IT Technician
Drew is originally from West Virginia and attended Marshall University. As an IT Technician, he helps clients with technical support problems and well as setting up and updating equipment. Drew lived in Mexico City and Los Angeles before joining ACF is 2008. In his spare time, he works with an acting company that puts on performances of The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Keith Clark- IT Technician
Keith was born and raised in Florida. He studied Chinese Mandarin at the Defense Language Institute in 1988. He served in the Army, which took him to Arizona, Hawaii, and eventually California.
Keith started working with computers about 10 years ago. He worked for Dell as a field service technician, repairing computers that failed while under warranty. He joined ACF in 2009 working in the IT department. When not working, he enjoys movies, music, and research in the area of life after death.

Angie Ford- Operations Manager
Angie joined ACF in 2004 as the Operation Manager and is responsible for accounting, office management, and executive support. Originally from Glendale, Arizona she moved to Tampa Bay in 1995. Before joining ACF, Angie worked at Tech Data in their HR department and in their Product Marketing department as an Executive Assistant.

Teresa Harvison- Administrative Assistant
Teresa is originally from Mobile, Alabama and moved to Land O Lakes, Florida in January 2005 with her family. She joined ACF in 2008 and is responsible for administrative duties. She is a member of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the PKD Foundation and has volunteered for local not-for-profit agencies such as the American Cancer Society, Pasco Homeless, and has participated in the Walk for PKD.

Bill Schmelter PhD-Copywriter
Bill is originally from Long Island, New York where he worked as a psychologist and behavioral health administrator for over 30 years. He received his PhD in Program Evaluation and Applied Research in Psychology from Hofstra University.
Bill moved with his wife to Florida in 2005 and began working as a national consultant and trainer in the mental health and substance use field in 2006. Bill has always had an interest in writing and joined ACF in 2009 as a part-time copywriter. Bill's imagination, research skills, and writing ability have helped add a new dimension to ACF's marketing department. Bill enjoys boating, golf, and spending time with his wife, three sons, and two grandchildren.
